Youth Night

Saturday night was our planned time to meet up with the CMA youth group. Because of complications in Guinea, we were not allowed out to their base. I have to say I was not ready for such an awesome evening. We had such a great time!! I usually never caption each picture but I have to explain each pictures so you can understand the true amazing-ness of the evening.

We all stood in a line and grabbed a handful of chopped jalapeños. They put 'Roxanne' on the speakers and every time they sang the name 'Roxanne' we had to put another jalapeños bit in our mouth. It was HILARIOUS! I had to give up because my mouth wasn't big enough.
Our youth leaders are pretty legit. We stood on deck 6 and tried to make the best ice cream sundae on their faces. They are pretty tough considering some of them had jalapeños juice thrown on them!

Next we all got our own bowl and it was filled with custard or chocolate and then a scoop of jelly/jello on the top. At the bottom of the bowl there was a gold coin and we had to, with our faces, unwrap the gold coin and eat it. BUT, we only won after we ate all of the jelly/jello.

 and after...
Below is the ingredients of our... delicious (gag-worthy) smoothie. We got to drop ingredients from deck 6 onto deck 5 and whatever made it into the blender, the other team (boys vs. girls) had to drink. We got carried away and starting spitting into the blender so we had to drink our own. Luckily no spit made it into our blender! I can honestly say that it almost made me throw up. It was disgusting!!
After a long time of cleaning we finally finished!!
 Our stinking awesome youth leaders!

  1. They were very brave leaders...I'm glad you had such a good time. Sounds as fun as a good food fight.
