Olympic Opening Ceremony Watching

We watched the Olympic Ceremony, ON THE SHIP! Such a huge blessing. We did have Spanish commentary but it was still so amazing. I kept getting excited about every country that I have some sort of relation with, no matter how vague it was. We did miss Lara though... but we were able to Skype with her as the ceremony was starting which was awesome.

SUCH PROUD BRITS/AMERICANS!

  1. Oh man, they were getting so annoyed with me last night when we were watching the parade of nations. Everyone I was with was so bored and kept trying to fast forward it, but I was like "WAIT! I KNOW PEOPLE FROM THERE! LET ME SEE THEM!" So glad you got to see it on the ship!

Also, I'm currently facing a dilemma: it's the first day of the Olympics, but BBC America has an all-day Doctor Who marathon on. I can't even bring myself to turn on the TV because I don't know what to do!!! =)

    1. That is pretty tough decision. We were a little bit disappointed with the lack of Dr. Who in the open ceremony but it was amazing anyway!

  2. Awesome! Love seeing your family in action... or in lounge mode, which is always good!
