MORE ISRAEL

 These next pictures were from my favourite day! We went to Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found, then Masada, where the mass Zealot suicide occurred, and then the dead sea and then David's falls. So much hiking, water, floating and laughter. (Unfortunately I don't have the pictures on this computer of me floating--but WE DID!!)

ISRAEL DAY TWO&THREE

Day two we spent the morning in a lecture with Gabriel Barker, a famous archaeologist, and then we spent the evening out at the Western Wall, the Pools of Bethesda and the church right next to the pools.

 

 

 Day three we spent the morning in a lecture with Rabbi Moshe and then we went to the Good Samaritan Inn (obvs not a real place) but it was basically a museum of mosaics! I'm in love with mosaics!! Then, we went on part of a pilgrimage that many of the Israelites would have gone on!
